Qualifiers for the second season of LOE.GG League of Legends with FACEIT

Greetings Summoners!

What is going on?

We are very pleased to announce that from 07/10/2021 00:00 you will be able to sign up for the qualifiers for the second season of the LOE.GG in League of Legends. Once the registration option is enabled you will be able to register your team for each of the 5 qualifying rounds. As from now on we are supported by the FACEIT.com platform, all games will be held on this website. The teams that manage to enter the tournament will compete not only for money (there is as much as 780 USD in the pool!), products from sponsors, but also for “FACEIT points”, which can be exchanged, among others. for Steam wallet top-ups, Riot Points or even for real gaming things. Remember that the number of slots in the tournament has been reduced from 16 to 12, which means that the chance of winning and the prize pool is greater.

3. In the first field you need to enter your name from the game (the one that is above your character during the game), and in the second field you have to enter the verification code that you set in your League of Legends client (Settings -> Verification) . The photos below should help you.

Each person must join the team created by the Captain. The reserve also.

Captain:

Important: First, the Captain must have a validated and added League of Legends EUNE account (see above) to be able to create a team.

After creating your team, you need to find it and invite your companions to join it.
(You can invite people from your FACEIT friends list to your team, so you’ll need to add them first before you can add them to your team)
1. You will find the team in the side panel on the left, at the very bottom, in the “TEAMS” tab.
2. Then, to add your friends, click on “+ Add Members” and invite your friends.

After completing the above steps, you can enroll in any of the 5 qualifying rounds.

Where to sign up and when are we going to play?

The option to sign up for each of the 5 qualifying rounds will be turned on 10/07/2021 at 00:00

IMPORTANT: Please note that you must “Check in” each day when a qualifying round is played. The option of reporting readiness will be available on each game day from 5:00 p.m. in turns 4 and 5 and from 4:00 p.m. in turns 1,2,3. Failure to report readiness will result in automatic removal from the given round, which will result in the loss of the chance to score points in the given round.

Five rounds? What points? Who will get the slot?

The 6 teams with the most points after 5 qualifying rounds will receive a slot in the tournament and will join the other 6 teams waiting for them from the previous season to form the full 12 slot tournament.

The scoring for each round is as follows.

1st place – 100 pts.

2nd place – 80 points.

3rd place – 60 points.

4th place – 50 points.

5th – 8th Place – 40 pts.

9th – 16th places – 30 points.

17. – 32. Places – 15 points.

What the Qualifications look like:

Any team consisting of at least 5 people (+ up to 3 reserves) can apply for the qualification.
Qualification will take place in the form of a tournament on FACEIT.com divided into 5 rounds.
The 6 teams with the most points after 5 qualifying rounds will receive a slot in the tournament and will join the other 6 teams waiting for them from the previous season to form the full 12 slot tournament.
Each team that receives a slot is required to pay the “entry-fee”.

Have you won the slot? Now the group phase awaits you.

The tournament format is based on the group system (round robin, match and rematch). Then the top 6 teams will take part in the play-offs, choosing the season winners.
